This is the game 3 version of the game 2 mod that does the exact same thing create by ☸𝕵𝖔☸, I just got tired of waiting for someone to port this over.

Should work with other mods as long as they do not change siege equipment building times.

I try to keep my mods small and modular to reduce issues and stay as close to vanilla as possible!
