I'll incorporate the localization directly into Medieval Arts from the next update, so in the first half of November it should be publicly available (and this mod then obsolete). I will ask for volunteers to double check it for fairness since I can't personally read japanese, but I don't imagine it should raise any issues. After that I will maintain it myself and new additions will first be machine translated, and then corrected with suggestions from native speakers, if raised.
Thank you again for your work and availability, have a great day!
I’m glad to hear that Japanese localization is being considered for Medieval Arts. That's fantastic news!
I've already updated my file to be compatible with the latest version (3.4.1), and I've renamed the localization key to "l_japanese". You can simply copy this file directly, and Medieval Arts should be able to support Japanese without any issues.
I'm happy to contribute them, so feel free to modify or adapt it as needed. Just let me know if you have any questions about specific terms or need further clarification on anything.
Looking forward to seeing how the localization progresses!
As you probably know since 1.18's release, support for japanese language has been added to the game. Because of that, I'd like from now on to also support japanese in Medieval Arts directly.
I can do that through a machine-translation double checked by japanese speakers, but since you've been maintaining it here already I thought I'd ask you if you'd be ok with me incorporating your localization files directly into Medieval Arts, with credit of course.
Let me know if you'd be ok with that and have a great day : )
Thanks for the work : )
