Number of Perk Modification (don't have time for update yet)

This mod makes all survivor to have 6 perk and having unique perk that previously only available for unique character .

in addition this mod also eliminate the chance of survivor acquiring negative perk. and increasing the chance of having rare perk

currently I don't have the time to update this mod, you might want to change to other mod. I'll change the name and description once I'm done with the update.
