In the planet thing the greens are the Hegemony, Reds are the Vyn, Blues are Crashing down Azulite crystals. Pinks are random Defier Mass and the yellows are probably the players.

The nearest thing to the note is a destroyed gunship and most of the parts of the Luse are gunship parts so maybe it is reffering to the luse. If it's not that maybe its reffering to that gray head with a red eye.
The Overseer who told the wardens that he is leaving is the leader of this tower. I think the reason why it says "ALL OVERSEERS" is because there are multiple overseers in the tower, but the thing is that not all overseers have the same power as other overseers. The other overseers are leaders of other units in the tower.
