summon dragon priest staff

this mod adds a staff that allows you to summon a dragon priest.
to get this follow the next steps:
1. open console commands: normally " ` "
2. typ: help "staff of the dragons" 4 <-- the 4 is needed
3. typ player.additem (^^code that appears^^) 1
4. have fun

I am new to modding so please don't judge me to hard

update:
there is now a chest with the staff.
the chest is found is the pelagius wing in the blue palace.

there is now also a spell tome in the chest
