Compatible for version 0.20.29 and above

This is the first half of the "Classic" version of Star Forge Control Rooms, the rest will be added soon

Adds in 5 of the military and 5 of the civilian class control rooms with updated looks and functionality

There is not singular Star Forge mod as a whole, rather it is a multiple of mods combined, I decided to make them separate incase people only wanted certain things from it
