[xdR] Slow First Hits for Commons

In vanilla, there is roughly a 1/6 chance for a zombie to pull a fast sneaky first punch.
If you despise that kind of bad luck sh!te then this mod is for you.
Their slowest first swing is 25 frames. Other swings start with 14, 19, 21, 22 frames, etc...
This mod makes all of their first swings 25 frames, as slow as their slowest one. No more quick beech slaps.

This mod alone can make Expert feel like Normal Mode. (exaggeration)
But you can now easily dodge their first swings by stepping back a little.

Only works in single/local. On other servers, attack speed is normal, just the first swing looks slower.
