This is a small prefab house that fits best in small villages. Can accomodate 15 people. Pedestrian path connection.

This building has a secret passage to the basement that is twice as big as the building itself. It could accomodate 50 citizens but it would be sus.

I really like this model, it#s bveautiful and detailed.

But the amount of 15 workers living there is too high.

Check your building.ini.
remove the line $STORAGE RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_PASSANGER 15
add line $STORAGE_LIVING_AUTO Building

The game will calculate the capacity, taking in account the volume of the model and the quality of living.

It will calculate the capacity of 9 workers.
The building has 8 windows, 1 worker has to live in the basement ;-)
