[WIP] Dundreary Admiral

This is unlisted until finished.

Single car ported over, features 9 factory skins and 1 blank skin for the game to randomly color. The blank one may be a bit buggy and off color, don't know what I am doing wrong after following multiple guides.

Vehicle should be 100% usable and repairable with other vanilla car parts.

May port over more and add them to this pack, will not make any guarantees. This was primarily a test to see how difficult it would be.
