Fish Farming, Cart Excavating, and more

A mod that adds NPC versions of a bunch of fish in the game, all of which can breed with fish of the same type to reproduce, allowing you to farm fish without fishing.
Fish included: All fish that can be crafted into a food/potion, + Frost Daggerfish, Bombfish, Golden Carp, Honeyfin, and Oyster.
An alive version of the fish must be crafted using the caught fish and life essence.
Fish save between world loads, so you dont have to repopulate your farm every session.

Adds the Paver, a mechanical cart that places rails for you as it moves. Requires you to give it fuel (wood) and minecart tracks to place by right clicking it with said items.
Adds the Deconstructor, which is similar to the paver except it destroys rails behind it as it moves. Collected rails will drop when it is killed.
Adds the Drillcart, which mines blocks as it moves on its rail path. Also requires fuel, and requires you to set a pick power by right clicking it with a pickaxe. Its height can be increased by right clicking it with an extra drill head.
Adds the Blockmower, an item that places the first block in your inventory beneath your feet as you walk.

The Paver, Deconstructor, Drillcart, Blockmower, and life essence are all obtained from crafting.

Also adds fruit bushes, which can be harvested when fully grown by right clicking or activating them with wiring. They are not broken when harvested, and are instead reduced by 1 growth stage. There is a fruit bush for every food item dropped by shaking trees, as well as for grapes.
A fruit bush seed can be crafted with the corresponding food item and life essence.

1.2.1: There is now a config for whether or not the guide to critter companionship protects the minecart tools. Default value is false.
Blockmower now takes into account the tile style to place (e.g. ebon wood platforms will now place ebon wood platforms instead of wood platforms)
1.2: ported to 1.4.4 also fruit bushes should now have an actual name on the map
1.1.2: Carts now have 30 hp and don't take damage from boulders, rolling cacti, dart traps, or falling blocks.
Fish now all have 5 hp, do not damage players, do not chase players, and minions no longer attack them.

1.0.3: Removed some testing remnant code that i forgor that caused fish to stay at the bottom of pools and then not breed because it tricked them into thinking they didnt have line of sight with other fish
1.0.2: Fish no longer fly outside the water (???)
1.0.1: Fish will no longer swim outside the bounds of the world and not come back
Fish should now spawn properly for all clients in multiplayer instead of only for one client and then despawning shortly after
