Cyan Dialogue Portraits

Makes dialogue portraits match the default cyan HUD color. Only affects the portraits in missions, this does not change their appearance in menus.

This only changes the ComsScanLines MTL file, so should be compatible with any mod that doesn't use that. There will be a more involved version that changes a few other blueprints which will look better but be less compatible with other mods.
