what do i have to do to use the chair and other furniture models

fun map, did a pacifist run of it too

the chair is just a model that comes with the base game, its placed as a prop_static with the model of models/props_underground/chair_folding_01.mdl

I updated a bunch of stuff yesterday, there was a visible nodraw/softlock area that is fixed, a lighting fix, and a fix with holding futbols. Also, checkpoints. Enjoy!
