Tow Bar mod

With Tow bar mod, now it will be necessary to have this tool to tow a vehicle with another vehicle, any vehicle that is not a trailer.

Item TowBarCar is added to distribution in the world.
Item TowHookCar is added to distribution in the world.
The tow bar can be craft, look at the picture for the material needed.
You can find them in the logical locations. (Fossoil,McCoy,Garage,Mechanic,MetalWork,Appropriate Vehicle and more)

Work in SP-MP-COOP / Existing Save / Safety to remove

no one said that, it's a mod that adds difficulty in order to tow a vehicle, by finding a traction bar....
