Boom's Napoleon I

This mod introduces Napoleon I as a leader of France. Napoleon focuses upon utilizing the superior movement of the large contingents of troops under command of his generals in order to outflank and destroy the enemy through overwhelming force and unrivaled tactics.
This mod requires my France Rework.

• Districts and Wonders adjacent to a Patronage Court receive +1 Gold
  
• Units affected by a Great General gain +1 movement
  
• Land military units gain +50% flanking bonus, doubled for Corps and tripled for Armies (Corps gain +100% Flanking and Armies gain +150%)

This leader requires my France Rework mod, and any other mod that for some reason removes the Patronage Court from my France Rework will be incompatible. This mod contains Lua, making it potentially cause desyncs in multiplayer, although I am not certain if this is the case.
