描述
As cool as "Urist" is, this mod adds over a thousand other names. Most are either typical human or pet names, though expect a few weird things to pop up now and then.

This mod includes over 2600 additional names that can be generated for dwarfs, humans, elves, beasts, pets... well, basically anything in the base game!

This mod is now compatible with Intro's Kobold Civ as well as the gnoll, ixthid, naga, ratfolk, and valkyrie mods. PLEASE NOTE: LOAD ANY RACE MODS BEFORE THIS NAME MOD.

In the future, I plan to add the following:

- More evil-specific names. While there are over 300 names, when an entire world gets created, they repeat too much (in my opinion).

I apologize - due to fundamental changes in how mods work in Dwarf Fortress, I had to change the mod so it'll work with the various species mods. However, if you change Dwarf Fortress to a beta version, you can actually find older versions of Dwarf Fortress there; you might be able to change it to an earlier version and get it working. There's no guarantee, but that's the best bet.

Everybody, v7 is live! Please note that in order to get it to work with recent Dwarf Fortress changes, the mod must be loaded after any race mods you use. If they don't seem to affect those race mods, please let me know—I'd like to make them compatible!

If you aren't seeing the new version appear in Dwarf Fortress, please unsubscribe and resubscribe on this page, then relaunch the game. If that still doesn't do the trick, let me know, and I'll try my best to help. Thanks!

Okay, that's good to know. I've been a bit out of it due to health issues, but I'll try to buckle down in the next few days and figure this out.

Similarly, I'm having the duplicate error with Intro's Kobold Civ 1.41 as well.

going through my mod lists now, it seems like the recent patche(s) have made ALL mods that change/affect names cause a "duplicate" crash on world gen.

@Amanfreed Good to know. Are you using the VALKYRIE mod currently? If so, changes in how mods work might be creating problems.

More importantly than throwing the error, though, is if the mod still works. If it works but gives the error, that's completely expected - I needed to make sure the mod worked whether it was loaded first or last, and in some cases, it'll need to throw an error to ensure everything functions as expected.

@Jimbo_Slice_USA I haven't had any issues with it running since the last Dwarf Fortress update. Do you have any other mods you're using? There could hypothetically be a conflict somewhere that I could look into.
