A full working Messenger for DayZ.

It is not allowed to publish the mod in any other way without my permission.

If you want to repack, please open a ticket on my discord: https://discord.gg/kGjN6gJy3m

Features:
- send Message to all (vissible only for Players that are configurred)
- contact book
- Inbox
- outbox
- reply to message
- see all online Player (can be turned off by Admin)
- Admin can configugre that personal radio is required (with or without battery) to use the messanger


To open the Messenger pusch Ctrl Left + 1

Need a meta update and can you provide an example of how to add to the send all list in the config, what goes in the brackets, steam id, guid or name?
