[Re-upload] Grand Inquisitor

This is a re-upload of the realistic grand inquisitor model that was taken down from steam a while ago, i acquired the files from the creator (Of the files and textures) and accidently misplaced them but now here he is.

"This item is not authorized for posting on Steam, except under the Steam account named CTFTW”
