Deletes great powers every 10 years for 100 years, starting with Ming-Ming.
Everyone in the world gets +1 colonist base and some colonial speed.

This is the final iteration of the mod, I won't update it unless something REALLY needs it.

Is it possible to change frequency or requirements for the deletions?
Like top development deletes a nation instead of being a GP...
I intend to commit mod-ception (mod your mod, also i wont post anything on Steam its for my entertainment only)
