Night-time on Valhalla

Changes the lighting of the map Valhalla to be at night including tracers, bright muzzle flashes, and a beautiful beam tower.

Since flashlights are not allowed outside of campaign, the default flashlight available to you is the one on your assault rifle. It will be your new friend as you fight on this map but perhaps staying concealed in the shadows is not a bad idea either.

I plan on updating this again in the future to fix bugs if possible and implement more cool features such as adding a sniper rifle night vision scope and a forge palette with lighting items.
