Simonskall (4.27 Re-release)

This is a re-release of the much-beloved Simonskall map originally made by Tyler_E. Tyler was gracious enough to give permission to the PSRM team to fix his map after he stepped away from modding and after the 4.27 patch broke most modded maps due to changes in vanilla assets.

This version of the map has been fixed up and foliage improved by Dino#8476, another excellent mapper and creator of Etreham.

I myself worked on some gameplay updates that mostly involve staging and logistics standardizations to vanilla as well as updates to the base game made by Mercury Arts and Offworld.

This includes:
- Fixed Invasion 01 Layer
- Added Supremacy layer (note, terrain makes this somewhat inherently unbalanced)
- Updated tank decks
- Updated logistics and vehicles spawners to vanilla
- Updated staging to vanilla standard
