Sometimes when placing this, an alert may pop up saying it is not reachable. If you pick the item up and place it again, the alert will go away. Using freeform pieces on functional furniture will sometimes do this. Keep that in mind. Thank you.

FUNCTIONAL RECEPTION ALL WITH BUILT IN FUNCTIONAL LIGHTING.

Shift + Click each component of the item to change colors.

IMPORTANT:
Hotel Magnate Workshop mods often contain a lot of pieces. You may not want to change the colors if that is the case. Item spawn may be a little below the ground (not much). You will need to use the arrows to move the item in place.
Also when placing freeformed objects that may contain a lot of pieces and a lot of hidden pieces, you may see some longer "calculating" times , but dont worry. It will stop eventually. The more pieces it has to calculate the longer it will take. This is totally normal. If you feel its taking too long, just save your game and reload it. It should be cleared when you reload.
