Elite Armor corresponds to how the ODST looks in game, set your armor to this if you want the preferred ODST armor (IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE ALL ELITE ARMOR UNLOCKED):

Helmet:

Combat = ODST (Halo 3: ODST Default)
Assault = Buck
Flight = Romeo
Ascetic = Dutch
Commando = Mickey
Keepward = Pilot Helmet
Accord = NMPD Police Helmet
General = Recon / Dare
Artisan = Classic Red Cap
Ossoona = Builders Club Hardhat
Seneschal = ODST (Halo 2)
Scion = Noob Head

Shoulders:

Combat = ODST (Halo 3: ODST)
Assault = Mickey
Flight = Romeo
Ascetic = ODST (Halo 3)
Commando = NMPD Shoulderpads
Keepward = Marine / Pilot Shoulderpads

Chest (Body Gear):

Combat = Rookie
Assault = Buck
Flight = Romeo
Ascetic = Dutch
Commando = Mickey
Keepward = None (Recommended for NMPD and Marine Uniform)

Legs (Body):

Combat = ODST Uniform (Halo 3: ODST)
Keepward = ODST Uniform (Halo 3)
Accord = NMPD Police Uniform
General = Marine / Pilot Uniform

Arms (Gloves):

Combat = Fingerless Gloves (Halo 3: ODST)

You are able to mix and match all of these options, go ham!

Emblems and colors are fully supported on the ODSTs, along with Dual Wielding and holding multiplayer weapons, along with driving vehicles they'd never usually enter in vanilla ODST. There are also custom FP models that support the new cosmetics, so they appear in third and first person.
