I found that by changing those lines in \1.4\Defs\ThingDefs_Items\AnimaHeart.xml it works again:
<li Class="CompProperties_UseEffect">
<compClass>CompUseEffect_DestroySelf</compClass>
</li>
into:
<li Class="CompProperties_UseEffectDestroySelf" />
They are works in 1.4.
But they have only fox,spider,muffalo in 1.3.3389.
other anima animal can't spawn in dev mode.
But I really hope you can fix the problems with the anima thrumbo meat and the anima heart.
For now I can't play with this mod.
