Deadlier Vanilla Character Launcher

This modifies the Launcher R0-1 (Basic)

It Slightly increased hip firing accuracy and increased aimed accuracy by 10 (same aimed accuracy as the vanilla PR0-1). A new type of ammo can be used: The handheld assault shell: it's an assault cannon shell that has been modified to not have any kickback.

The range of the shell is 1400m and the range of the missile is 800m note that the shell is affected by gravity so if you are on a planet or moon you will have to aim higher at a longer range

To change the ammo type: When you have the weapons in your hand, press the weapons on the toolbar again to switch
