Copy of Apartments growable from Simcity 4 that was recreated pixel by pixel. I try to stick to the original model as much as possible and I hope did well. :)

The asset doesn't have custom props, so you don't need to subscribe for anything else. Yay!

Asset is a RICO compatable.

Another piece of great work. I'm asking for a lot here, but will you be doing Sim city 4 vehicles as well? Like the fire truck and police car in particular?

gsims, there are just a slight variations of the brick color. You can use Paint it! if you want to a specific color.
