Sky is black because handling skies in Halo 3 is very weird and poorly documented. I've tried a few different times and have not found a working solution. When I get one, it'll be fixed

Also you can get out of the map if you try hard enough, maybe put soft ceiling.

There are still no forge items btw, You need load them into the forge palette.

If you have customization disabled, character models are invisible

My character model was missing when I tried to use a mounted turret. Then my game crashed.
