Underground Farming All Seasons

nevermind, learned about biomes and how i was right on the edge of one. had to move farms to actually be in a surface biome they could grow in.

My surface crops are gone from the options to plant. any surface farms have no crop buttons (have plenty of seeds)
not sure if this mod is responsible.
thought i would mention it.

This still wont upgrade to the newest version and I have to keep deleting the vanilla version does anyone have a fix for this. I uninstalled re-installed, unsubbed and resubbed, and deleted the mod folder in my steam apps sections.

Thanks! This makes total sense. Underground has no seasons; therefore underground crops shouldn't care about the calendar.

Same as Nathan I know it doesn't update on already worlds. it isn't updating with new ones. I have had to do the thing with version one and delete the vanilla version in order to use this for new world.

All of my problems updating have been when creating new worlds. I never expected a world to be updated with a non compatible version.

So, to those that are having problems with updating the mod... Dwarf Fortress applies mods at worldgen, so in order to update the mod, you need to either find the way to manually update the mod in the world files, or generate a new world. If the problem remains after genning a new world, then it may be a problem with the mod.

@NathanHoltBeader That isn't an option form me when I right click on the mod it just has options like forward, back, view source stop etc.

@TheFirstFoxx I'd have expected that to work, but what got the update for me was going to the "My Subscriptons" in the Steam workshop, and right clicking the mod and selecting update from the context menu. It might not delete version 1 even then because the next version isn't backward compatible.

@NathanHoltBeader I unsubscribed and resubscribed and it still just saying Underground farming all seasons version 1 regardless in my mods folder.
