Ah yes, the Customized AR-15.
So yeah, this is an AR-15, with several customized parts and attachments, made by Craig Collins on Artstation, which you can see here:

Unfortunately the original model does not have any bones, since it was not rigged, oof.

This model was ported from SFM workshop with permission granted:

Well honestly I kinda forgot as well, might be an oversight or just want to show that it has the ironsights.

Then why keep the rear sight? you either cowitness or you don't bother with any irons.

I'm glad it has a front iron sight in the model because it doesn't in the pic
