Valtena Bugfix (Multilingual)

Kenshi has a bug where if a force raid has multiple special leaders set up, only the character listed as the highest of the leaders will appear in the raid, and this raid itself will cease to occur upon the killed/imprisoned death of that character.
This causes most of the large raids in Holy Nation to have both High Inquisitor Seta and Valtena as special leaders, yet Valtena does not appear at all. On the contrary, when a raid is fought off and Seta is killed/imprisoned, all raids with both Seta and Valtena as leaders cease to occur. In some cases, this would also cause all Holy Nation raids to no longer occur at all.
This mod will edit the settings to address the above bug and make Valtena the leader and lead the troops when Seta is killed/imprisoned.
Killing or imprisoning Seta in a HN raid will now trigger a raid with Valtena as the leader. If you kill or imprison Valtena, a raid will still occur with Seta as the leader. If both Seta and Valtena are killed or imprisoned, a raid led by a regular inquisitor will occur repeatedly.

There is no specified loading order, but it would be good to keep them together at the top as I don't think this is a mod that is frequently pulled in and out.

Kenshiには勢力のレイドに複数の特別なリーダー（special leader）が設定されていると、リーダーのうちの最上位に記載されたキャラクターしかレイドに登場せず、そのキャラの死亡/収監時にこのレイド自体が発生しなくなってしまうというバグがあります。
これにより、ホーリーネーションの大規模なレイドのほとんどには高位審問官セタ、ヴァルテナの両方が特別なリーダーとして設定されているのに、ヴァルテナは一切登場しません。それどころか、レイドを撃退してセタを死亡/収監状態にすると、セタとヴァルテナの二人がリーダーとなっているレイドがすべて発生しなくなります。場合によってはホーリーネーションのレイドがこれ以降一切発生しなくなる状況も起こります。
このMODは上記のバグを修正し、セタの死亡/収監時にヴァルテナがリーダーとなり部隊を率いるようにします。

上位審問官セタを殺害・収監している状況でHNのレイドを数度撃退すると、ヴァルテナをリーダーとするレイドが発生するようになりました。ヴァルテナを殺害・収監した場合はこれまで通り、セタをリーダーとするレイドが発生します。セタ・ヴァルテナの両名を殺害・収監した場合は通常の審問官をリーダーとしたレイドが繰り返し発生します。
導入時、インポートは不要です。

読み込み順に指定はありませんが、頻繁に抜き差しするようなMODではないと思うので上の方にまとめておいておくといいと思います。
