You asked and I have answered. So, here it is! Epic Fetus Synergies! This is by far the most epic synergy mod so far (pun intended). Without further ado, let's get into it.
Azazel: The regular brimstone synergy, but with shorter range beams.
T. Azazel: Same as brimstone, but with weaker beams and applies brimstone curse to surviving enemies.
Dr. Fetus: Spawns a quick-fuse Dr. Fetus bomb after the rocket explodes.
The Ludovico Technique: You have a permenant target that you control with your tears. The target automatically spawns a rocket when close to an enemy.
Soy Milk: Rockets do reduced damage, but holding down the fire button repeatedly shoots targets.
Lump of Coal: Rockets deal more damage the further away they are from you.
Cricket's Body: Spawns 4 small, low-damage bombs after the rocket explodes.
Number One: Reduces the amount of time till targets fire.
Chocolate Milk: Rockets deal 1.2x more damage.
Ball of Tar: Rockets leave behind slowing creep when exploding.
Tech X: Shoots Tech X lasers in all 4 directions when a rocket explodes.
Compound Fracture: Fires several bone tears in random directions when a rocket explodes.
Heamolacria: Fires several small arcing tears when a rocket explodes.
Ocular Rift: Spawns a rift when a rocket explodes.
Cursed Eye: Taking damage while the target is active teleports you. Targets shoot several rockets at once.
Glitter Bombs: Killing an enemy has a chance to spawn a pickup.
Remote Detonator: Target never shoot on their own. Using it automatically causes all targets to fire.
My Reflection: The target is slowly pulled towards you.
