[OUTDATED] Misc Craftable Robots + Complex Jobs work patch

This is a patch to add "[FSF] Complex Jobs" worktypes to robots from "Misc. Craftable Robots". I wanted the robots to have all the Complex Jobs worktypes, so instead of asking someone else to do it i figured i might as well learn how to do it myself.

Without this patch the Gardener bots for example will not use the worktype "Harvest" and will only use "Plant cut", which makes them able to cut down trees but not actually harvest plants unless you specifically designate the plants for plant cutting instead of harvesting, which is too much work. Crafting robots did not get the Fabricating worktype since it kind of felt wrong that bots should be able to make themselves - that's how you eventually get SkyNet.

If you already have robots placed when you install this patch you might have to set the priorities manually in the work tab for those, or delete and then spawn new robots in devmode.

I also added in small patches for "Allow Tool" which adds the Haul+ worktype, and "Dubs Rimatomics" which adds the Nuclear worktype, and it makes sense that the hauler robots should be able to manage those. These two patches only load if you have one or both of those mods.

Load this patch after any mods affected by the patches. If you use RimPy this should be taken care of automatically. If you have any questions post a message here.
