Morathi's up there with Nagash on the list of "people whose fault this all is".

I think she got done dirty in 8th and the End Times. She'd always been this very independent character, advancing her cause, her son's cause, and the cause of the Druchii all together, heavily responsible and influential - and then in 8th they took a lot of that from her and gave her an obsession with her dead husband instead, which is considerably weaker as a character trait, and more than a bit boringly stereotypical.

Anyway, five skills for the lady who I'm fairly certain dresses like that entirely to dunk on Hellebron. Hey, a hobby's a hobby. Focusing on Witch Elves, Gorgons, Shades, and Dark Riders
Morathi's Hunters build on her existing buffs to Dark Riders
Knives of Khaine does the same for Shades
Night Maidens of Atharti gives Witch Elves an ersatz Mark of Slaanesh because it's a secret to everybody. Immune to Psychology, Speed boost, and Devastating Flanker, because this army is all hammers.
Gorgon Mistress of Ghrond gives Gorgons more devastating projectiles that blind. This one was a git to make work.
Atharti's Gifts put nice perfume on Shades and Dark Riders so they're constantly Soporific Musk'ing people.
