I love this model. But I have the Problem with the missing eye textures on my Windows Client as well. I installed all packs from GmodContent without success.
But on my Linux Client there is no Problem with the missing Textures. There I have installed the following games: Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Source, and Counter-Strike 2.
Do anyone have an Idea how to fix it?

Yeah i'm also getting texture issues with the eyes. I've got CSS textures, i wonder if it's textures from a different game instead?
