Hello Folks,

today's upload is a clinic building from Leipzig.

When renaming the building, a basement floor appears which can be detailed, using blank surface networks
and Vanilla Steps Final to cover up the excess clipping.
Detailing the basement levels is recommended for advanced players/detailers. If you don't rename the building, you retain the easier ploppable version.


This building type originated in Leipzig and was built all around the former district Leipzig.
The "9Pl." part of the name indicates the number of workplaces for doctors.



The included building has been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"LPZ" is short for Leipzig, the city/district these buildings have been planned and built in.
"clinic" would be the translation for the original german name 'Ambulatorium', so a healthcare facility.
"9PL." indicates the amount of workplaces for doctors.
The "No.#" stands for each version of the building.



The buildings can be found under its name, starting with "LPZ clinic 9Pl. No.1" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
It works the same as the vanilla medical clinic, and has the same stats.
The pillars between the windows, as well as the railings are color-mapped, 4 colors included.

Here's a list of all the HEX-colors used:

• red: 80404B

• white: FFFFFF

The buildings is on a 6x4 plot, no sides of the bulding are flush with the plot grid.
The main texture files is shared with my POS 1968 and POS 1973, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
