Social Decline makes planets more dynamic, by adding tile blockers to mismanaged worlds. When housing is low for a period of time, slums or mobile homes may appear. If stability is too low, militias or gangs may appear. And if amenities are too low, brothels or drug dens may appear. These may temporarily solve the issues the planet is facing, but will come at a cost...

This makes systems feel more alive, as the population will adapt to poor conditions. In addition, you can choose to invest in these blockers, turning slums into social housing, or brothels into a red light district.

In total, the mod adds:
- 20 Blockers
- 16 Deposits
- 3 Job Types

This mod changes nothing in the base game, nor is it reliant on anything. It should be compatible with any other mods.
