Faster Attack Speed

Player melee attack animations have been sped up +100-150%. This includes: shoving, stomping, ground attacks, one-handed & two-handed, knives, pistol whips, and most importantly, hit reactions. <== The slow hit reactions resulted in getting stunlocked and combo'd by two or more zombies, resulting in an inescapable death that can feel unfair.

I also sped up the get up animation from falling from higher ground, since it seemed unnecessarily slow as well. This does NOT include falling from tripping or running into a wall.

PURPOSE: Many of the player animations feel sluggish, with long wind-ups and cooldowns. This works fine for slower gameplay, but this game is capable of more action and faster pace. Especially againts sprinter hordes, you may stand a chance. It also makes knives a lot stronger and worth using over heavier weapons.
The settings I run on my server are action-packed, where scripted hordes attack often, which necessitates faster attack speeds such as this.
This should also help bring melee weapons in line with firearms, in terms of sustainable killing potential.

UPDATE 5/16/23:
Added +50% option
Increased speed for recovering from tripping/knockdown, and colliding with a wall after sprinting
