Champions of Chaos buffs apply to Norscan and Beastmen variants

This mod updates unit sets so that Champions of Chaos factions buffs (from technologies, lord skills and rituals) which would apply to undivided units apply to the equivalent Norscan and Beastmen units.

For example, Raiders Raiment in vanilla gives melee attack and replenishment buff to marauder infantry - however in vanilla these buffs do not apply to marauders recruited from Norscan vassals. With this mod, marauders recruited from vassals would receive all the same buffs.

Hopefully, this will make vassal units not be a downgrade and a viable way of filling out your warbands.
