Hey, i'm having an issue on my server that all of your car's cannot be repaired even after reading the magazine. is there a known fix or do you know what a likely solution is?

Can I include this mod after initial server ? Cus im already installed the potomacindian but forgot to install this mod. My sister love that potomacindian so much, I want to help her. How can i fix it?

where can i find it, I look a lot of place and can't find this magazine??
