Agreed.
But Kent Paul is still my fav. His accent alone is hilarious along with his character

@AR57: That's why i find him as one of my favourite characters in the GTA Series and the fact that he is voiced by Danny Trejo who also voiced Raul Tejada from Fallout New Vegas.
