BLOOD, BLOOD and BLOOD. The EVER-MISERABLE savior of SPACE FUNERAL, PHILLIP has stumbled in.
PHILLIP is a fairly simple CHARACTER aside from all his RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.

(This was a submission in the RPG Maker Jam, btw)

PHILLIP has 2 RESOURCES, HEALTH and MP:
If PHILLIP'S HEALTH reaches 0 he dies but HEALTH can be HEALED by collecting BLOOD, BLOOD is spilt when PHILLIP is HURT or when anyone is HURT by PHILLIP.
PHILLIP'S MP is spent to use many attacks, mainly TILTS and AERIALS, and can be gained via DOWN SPECIAL.

The very basics of the SPECIALS:

NEUTRAL SPECIAL - GRAB:
A SKILL stolen from LEG HORSE, PHILLIP goes for a GRAB, if an opponent is GRABBED, Phillip will carry them around, keeping an opponent GRABBED costs MP, PHILLIP will let go if he ATTACKS, CROUCHES or SHIELDS.

SIDE SPECIAL - Summon LEG HORSE:
PHILLIP calls for the aid of the MIGHTY LEG HORSE, LEG HORSE will march around, STAMPEDING on any opponents in his way, he also constantly leaks BLOOD.

UP SPECIAL - Summon DRACULA:
PHILLIP summons DRACULA, DRACULA will carry PHILLIP upwards, PHILLIP can stop holding onto DRACULA whenever he wants, holding on for too long will make DRACULA tired and he will FLY AWAY.

DOWN SPECIAL - Summon WIZARD GRUM:
WIZARD GRUM of the BLOOD CAVERN appears before PHILLIP, standing near him will let him DRINK your BLOOD, draining HP, but in return for MP.

GOO:
On the character selection screen, Phillip has a button labeled ‘Bld’ if you press this button, it will instead say ‘Goo’, and will replace any of the ‘blood’ in Phillip’s sprites with ‘goo’, the colour of the button denotes the colour of whichever liquid.
