You can add and remove this mod to your old saves with no issues

Zombie cures from the mod "They Knew" will now very rarely spawn in medical supplies such as hospitals. Will not spawn in bathrooms, cabinets etc. ONLY in medical supplies, including secret labs and military camps

Item spawn rate details below.

- 7 times rarer than antibiotics on average.
- In military medical containers, 7 times rarer than beta blockers, antidepressants etc.
- In medical containers that strictly only store drugs, such as some found in hospitals, the spawn rate is 27 times rarer than antibiotics, because those containers have a much higher abundance of drugs

The only thing this mod actually does is listed in the description above

This mod requires They Knew so you would need to install They Knew regardless

does this mod include the "they knew" feature of finding the cure on zombie or you need to instal both the mods?

Do you have to run and install the "they knew" mod to make this one work or is this stand alone?

@Loki - I think @BenRK is asking if the mod can be altered probably via mod options so that distributuons is disabled. That way they, as admins of their server will be the only distribution options. Probably as iunno CDC Agents or whatever.

EDIT - @BenRK - I just remembered that there actually are slider mod options for the items, so you shoudl be able to set these all to 0%
