Albatross AWACS with UI enhancer

描述
Swaps the AWACS-carrying capability from the Manta to the Albatross. (v4)

This is a simple mod that places the AWACS frisbee on top of the Albatross, rather than underneath the Manta. This means that the airborne radar capability is carried by the slow, fragile utility aircraft, rather than the fast jet fighter, which is more realistic. This also makes the Albatross much more relevant throughout the duration of the game.

Also includes UI enhancer.

The bottom hardpoint on the Manta is retained as an additional weapon slot. I have been able to fix the "kick back" bug on this pylon in this latest update.

This mod also includes a snapshot of UI enhancer from 11th March 2023, which is included with the kind permission of QuantX. Be sure to visit his page and give him a like or five for all of his work on UI enhancer.

will the mod adapt the AI behaviour as well?
Meaning AI will optimize their action with the new capabilities?

@WC I also don't like that. Sadly I've not been able to find a way to make the hardpoint spawn empty.

@Thumblegudget Can you make a version where the Albatross do not spawn with AWACS? I love the mod but I kinda hate that they spawn with it.

UI Enhancer has been broken by Major Update 5 - the primary UI Enhancer mod has been updated, could you please port your wonderful AWACS mod over to the current version using the fixed version of UI Enhancer? The new turret cannot be selected in its current state.
