Twilight Staff Centre with Leaded windows (no other DLCs required)

All the essential facilities to start a zoo except a keeper hut (I prefer those near a habitat) on two floors and using only base game and Twilight items. All of the facility windows have been covered with the Twilight leaded glass, there is a small decorative storage area at the rear and the whole BP is only 204 items so will not have a major impact in your zoo.

Cost to place is 20,285.00 and the ground floor has Trade centre, Vet Surgery and large Staff Room, upper floor has Research Centre, Workshop and small Quarantine.

To place the path connect one path piece to a ground floor facility then select ALIGN TO GRID from the path menu and click on that path piece, place a path around the BP (not forgetting the small storage area) then turn off the grid and place the stairs and the top path piece, select ALIGN TO GRID again and use that top path piece to place the upper path (there is a screenshot showing just the pathing) Finally make sure all facilities are connected to the path.
