Crusader Nuclear Silo

Crusader building that charges up and launches nukes at a rate of 1 nuke per minute, as long as an enemy is far away enough on the map and still alive.

Enemy factions will attack the silo and destroy the core, it's only defenses are anti-air anti-pewpew PD that will shut off when nearing the firing stage.

Crusaders only build these silos when their enemies are well established on the planet they are on, oddly enough despite being a fleet-based nomadic faction they do not carry nukes on their own ships.
