Plattenbau Berlin QP71 A103&A104 No.1-11

Hello Folks,

today's asset is a rework of my "Plattenbau Berlin QP71-10 No.1".
Included are now 22 buildings (instead of 2!), 11 3-entrance-versions and 11 4-entrance-versions.
All buildings have different color maps for the facade tiles.
Keep in mind that this pack replaces the QP71 A103 No.1 and QP71 A104 No.1 from the original upload, so make sure you unsubscribe that upload!



This building type originated in East-Berlin and was built all around the city.
Nowadays most buildings are renovated, but I chose to recreate them how some of them should have looked beforehand.



The 22 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"BER" sorts them to my other assets from Halle (Saale).
"QP71" stands for "Querwand-Plattebauweise" or "cross wall panel construction", "71" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"A103/A104" specifies the 10 floors each segment has and the 3 or 4 entrances per block.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here colorable facade tiles all around the blocks.



The 22 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "BER QP71" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
Each block has colorable tiles on the facade, 4 colors included.

Here's a list of all the HEX-colors used:

• turquosie: 2F4B4C
  
• yellow: D3B858
  
• lightblue: 498CA1
  
• orange: AD8143

The blocks are either on a 9x3 or 11x3 plot, none of the buildings are flush with the sides of the plot.
When placing them next to each other, Move It is required.
The buildings can also only be used with the RICO mod. They are level 4 high residential buildings with 117 or 156 homes each.
If used without RICO mod, they stay functionless unique buildings.

The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
