Religious Victory Overhaul mostly removes religious combat, religion spreads faster from buildings and trade routes, Missionaries go on pilgrimages to mountains to learn promotions, and Warrior Monks are suddenly useful.

Passive pressure:
- Increased pressure for every religious building in the city
- Increased pressure for every religious Wonder in the city
- Increased pressure for Moksha and Holy District project
- Increased trade route pressure

Missionaries:
- Cannot build until Theocracy
- More expensive and start with 1 charge
- Travelling to a mountain grants 3 Proselytiser charges

Apostles, Inquisitor and Guru:
- Cannot build until Nuclear Program

Warrior Monks:
- Can be built by everyone
- Price increase per era
- Start with minimal attack, but increases +1 for every Civic discovered
