Для этого перейдите по пути (Ваш Диск)/Steam/steamapps/common/Barotrauma/Contant/Character/Human и замените нахрен файлы.

Всё. Теперь у вас все девки - куры из расы Путтари. Наслаждайтесь.

Совет. Куры выглядят симпатичнее без одежды)
