Sorry that the mod will have to be installed manually and not through the subscribe button :/
the mod uses a substituted script game that adds new decals for the surfaces of different materials, and this script is in .txt format (other can not), and this format is not supported by the publication on Steam, on this to be normal decals in the game as it should be, you need to download the mod manually. (I do not think that the mod will become because of this popular, because few people will subscribe and it will not go into the top of steam and nobody will not really know about it :( )

p.s - some decals may not work because of garry's mod joke, as I had, I did not work mods on the decals, when I shot at the ground for example is not displayed new decals, and what-because it is corrected I had to reinstall garry's mod, this I tell you if you have the same problem.

.To install the mod you need to download .zip file, it can be found in the discussions on this mod. (There are two versions of the mod, one with replaced the blood decals, and the second without).
After that, go to the game files (Garry's mod)
And unpack the file in the folder GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons (Do not forget to check the versions and delete old if they are)
Also need to subscribe to the mod, that there were textures in the decals.

Yes, since the mod must be downloaded manually, it also needs to be manually deleted
Go into the game files (Garry's mod)
Then go into the folder GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons
And delete the folder called woowz_new_impact_decals
That's it, the mod is completely removed (You also need to unsubscribe from this mod!)

The mod will probably be updated, and more different decals will be added.
