Hearts and Minds (SP/COOP)

You've spent the last two weeks on patrol south of Sefrou-Ramal. It's time to go back to your FOB. But before you return to your base, answer the call for assistance from the local population.


The first is to help the people of Mhamid. This task takes one of three randomly chosen forms:
- Clear houses occupied by Tura insurgents.
- Disarm IEDs and mine planted by Tura insurgents.
- Rescue 4 elder leaders of local population from Tura insurgents.

In the second phase, your task is to stop the revenge of insurgents targeting your FOB. This also comes in 3 possible forms.
- Clearing nearby houses while they are being invaded by insurgents.
- Defence of the FOB from waves of insurgent until air support arrives.
- Using armed UAVs to hunt down enemy mortars firing at the FOB.

(Both can be manually selected in COOP.)

First objective can take 1 of 3 forms and has 5 possible locations in Mhamid. Second one also has 3 forms but with only one location for each.
That (if my math is correct) amounts to 45 possible unique layouts of the mission not counting exact enemy units placement, their equipment and time of day witch all are subject to randomization.

COOP mode is available for up to 8 players.

This mission takes between 15 - 25 minutes to complete.
