This very simple mod is just to unlock all basic progress through all milestones without changing the progress in Areas and others DLC features. The game built-in Unlock All mod unlocks all stuff from DLC areas also what remove the gameplay progress from them too.

Useful for those that want all tools from start but also play the DLCs as normal without cheats.

Made with default game API (no Harmony or other tool)
